Junior coaching for beginners is starting on Saturday January 21st for 5 weeks. 21/01, 28/01, 04/02, 25/02 + 04/03.
These will be group sessions with between 4 and 8 juniors per group and places are very limited.
The coaching is open to non-members also and can be booked at the following URL. Cost = €30 pp. for the 5-week course.

There are two courses catering from ages (7 – 10) + (11 – 16)
All equipment is provided. Just bring along a clean pair of training shoes and oodles of energy.
Coaching will be provided by a WSF Level 1 Coach.
