Membership fees now over due.... All members are urged to make arrangements for the payment of 2010 subscriptions as soon as possible. The updated Membership List is on display at the club. As of June the 1st court bookings from non-paid membrers will not be accepted. Running a facility like LLTC requires major financial outlay and management urges all members to make payment arrangements as soon as possible. This is necessary in the Club's interest and that of your fellow memebers. The immediate cooperation of all members would be greatly appreciated. The documentation you received included an authorisation request for junior members. This is necessary for compliance with Child Protection legislation and we urge all parents to complete these forms and return them with their renewals. The Club also intends to expand the use of electronic media in 2010 in a effort to further improve communication, so we ask all members to include their internet address and mobile telephone number. |
