A big well done and thank you to all participants in last Sunday's Adult & Junior Fun Day. Almost 40 pairs, mainly parents with their children, enjoyed a day of fun and bonding through tennis with red, orange, green and yellow ball categories all catered for. The adults' input- playing tennis, providing 'goodies' for afterwards and generally helping out on the day, was a great example of what a great family-friendly club we have at LLTC. Particular thanks must go to Philip Jones who, continuing his long association with the Adult & Junior event, very generously sponsored the after-play pizza for all participants. The day's success guarantees that the Adult & Junior event will remain in the Junior Calendar for 2014! |
