Junior Tennis
Limerick Lawn Tennis Club has a very active junior scene and is home to the Category 500 Junior South of Ireland Tournament. Established in 1959, this tournament attracts some of the country’s top players and is held every April during the Easter Holidays.
Our junior calendar includes everything from social fun-filled family events such as the Family Fun Day and monthly American Tournaments. If you have a specific question about junior tennis, please contact our office at office@lltc.ie.
Junior Club Coaching Information
Junior Club Tennis Programmes
This programme starts in September and runs up to May. It’s broken down into 2 terms. Sept – Dec and Jan- May. Each lesson lasts 60 minutes. The programme caters for children from the age of 5 to 7 years in the Little Aces, U8 Red Ball, U9 Orange Ball, U10 Green Ball and 11 to 17 years Yellow Ball. Age guideline are as above, however children are assessed as to which group would be appropriate for them.
Children must be members of the club to sign up for coaching.

School Tennis Programmes
Limerick Lawn Tennis Club along with our panel of coaches can provide schools with class coaching lessons. These lessons can be done onsite in Limerick Lawn during school hours.
